Just a short entry here, about soufflés, The Japanese soufflé pancake apparently originated in Hawaii at a diner.

The Japanese soufflé pancake grew in popularity in Hawaii and was brought throughout Asia before becoming popular worldwide. I first tried them in a place at SM MegaMall called Le Petit Soufflé unfortunately that place has since shut down permanently. Another place is Wildflour Bakery + Cafe.
